A learning approach that builds the power to think in English
Activating（導入ーWarm-Up）
授業のはじめに、その日のテーマを説明し、興味を引く活動を行います。
最初の5分間は必ず日常会話からスタート。
学校のこと・天気・曜日・季節の話題など、毎回繰り返し行う質疑応答をとおして、英語でのコミュニケーションの基礎を自然に身につけます。
Each lesson begins with an introduction to the day’s theme and a short activity to spark students’ interest.
The first five minutes are always dedicated to simple daily conversation—talking about school, the weather, days of the week, and seasonal topics.
Through repeated Q&A, students naturally develop the foundations of English communication.
2. Input（内容理解ーUnderstanding the Content）
配布プリント、新聞記事、シンプルな論文などの資料を読み、テーマについて理解を深めます。文字情報だけでなく、外国人講師が視覚資料・音声・数値データなどを使ってわかりやすく説明し、多様な角度から理解をサポートします。
また、どの授業でも生徒のレベルに合わせた文法指導を行い、内容理解と英語表現力を同時に育てます。
Students read handouts, news articles, or simplified academic texts to understand the main theme of the lesson.
Foreign teachers support comprehension through clear explanations, visuals, audio, numbers, and other multimodal inputs.
Grammar instruction tailored to each student’s level is also provided, helping learners build both understanding and language skills.
3. Thinking（思考ーCritical Thinking）
理解した内容をもとに、分析・比較・評価などの「考える活動」を行います。
ペアで話し合う、ワークシートに自分の意見を書くなどのタスクを通して、生徒が自分の考えを言語化し「自分の主張」を形成していきます。
このステップでは、“気付き”や“発見”が生まれるよう、講師が対話を促しながら思考力を育てます。
Using what they have learned, students engage in activities that require analysis, comparison, and evaluation.They discuss ideas with partners, answer worksheet questions, and write down their own opinions—helping them develop and articulate their personal viewpoints. Teachers guide students to make discoveries and deepen their thinking through meaningful dialogue.
4.Output（発表ーPresentation & Expression）
思考で整理した自分の意見を、英語で「話す」「書く」ことで表現します。
英語で発表することへの抵抗をなくし、さらに相手の意見を受け取り、自分はどう感じ、どう考えるのかも表現できるようになります。
これは日本の教育で弱いと指摘される部分であり、世界では重要視されている「ディベート」につながるスキルです。
ディベートとは、あるテーマについて2組が論理的に意見を述べ、聞き手を説得する活動です。勝ち負けを競う口げんかではなく、自分の考えを筋道立てて伝え、相手の意見を受け止めながら思考を深める学習方法です。
授業を通して、ディベートの基本的なルールや流れも理解し、国際社会で求められる“論理的に伝える力”を身につけていきます。
Students express their ideas through speaking and writing, reducing their hesitation toward using English to present their thoughts.
They also learn to respond to others’ opinions—how they feel, what they think, and why.
This stage builds the foundation for skills needed in debate, a critical ability emphasized globally but less developed in traditional Japanese education.
Debate is a structured activity where two sides present logical arguments to persuade an audience.It is not about “arguing to win,” but about expressing one’s ideas clearly, understanding the opposing view, and deepening reasoning.
Through our lessons, students learn basic debate rules and develop the logical communication skills needed in international settings.
